Mr. Joseph Ringwald

President & CEO

Mr. Ringwald is a mining and mineral process engineer with over 30 years mining and construction experience. Past employment included senior mining engineer with Placer Dome, Vice President Project Development with Crew Gold, Technical Director Mining with AMEC Americas, Vice President Sustainable Development with Tournigan Energy, Vice President Operations and Project Development with Brett Resources, which he helped advance from a market cap of C$55 million in 2009 and sold for C$372 million in 2010. His career has taken him into numerous countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, North America, Latin America and Asia to work on underground and surface projects of various commodities including base and precious metals, uranium, coal, industrial minerals, and diamonds. Mr. Ringwald is a Professional Engineer (British Columbia), a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM), an advisor to the Canadian Securities Administrators, a member of the Canadian committee to the ISO on Anti-Bribery and frequent lecturer on CSR.

Mr. Robert Suttie


Rob is Marrelli Support Services’ Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Compliance, possessing more than sixteen years of experience, ten of which were in public accounting prior to his tenure with the company. Mr. Suttie specializes in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs of the group’s public client base. In addition to managing the group’s financial-statement and disclosure team, Mr. Suttie also serves as Chief Financial Officer for a number of junior mining companies listed on the TSX and TSX-V, leveraging his skills and experience to become integral to the reporting issuers. Mr. Suttie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA.
